Our purpose as designer is to act as a translator for the homeowner, turning their ideas, visions and needs, into a plan that responds to all requirements. We achieve this through interviews and ongoing discussions. It is only through this education process that we can work toward our goal to provide creative, enduring design solutions that will be enjoyed by the homeowner in all ways expected and hopefully some unexpected.

Site, location, light, neighborhood, view corridors, lifestyle, and environmental factors are assessed regarding their role and impact. Every effort is made to be good shepherds no only for the homeowner's budget and goals but for the environment as well.

Throughout the process, we remain mindful of our responsibility to ensure that all work is thoughtfully and honestly done, to consider all input and then to guide the project in a way we believe to be in the best interests of the homeowners.
