This was a major overhaul of a house purchased with bare wallboard and very poor workmanship and design. Over a period of several years this waterfront home was turned into an executive level home with three floors of quality craftsmanship and a Kitchen on the beach. Design, materials, finishes, and landscaping were selected to tie the house to the locale, site, and views.
