This major remodel of a 50's home took an obsolescent floor plan and completely reorganized it. New surfaces and finishes were added to bring the house into the 21st century. The owners were fond of Northwest Asian influences and simple materials. A Great Room was added to the Kitchen and two bump-outs were added to the Master Bedroom to provide room for a soaking tub with a view and an alcove for the bed.
