This old Darigold Dairy building has been converted to mixed use with commercial on the ground floor and 4 artist's lofts above. We designed a new front while retaining the character of the original building's façade and then designed 4 artist's lofts with two of them extended over the lower floor at the back. This urban/industrial feel is meant to attract young city dwellers and update the industrial look of the building.
